How do I choose the right size?
Our sizing can vary slightly between brands and styles. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page and using your child’s height and weight as the primary guide. If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a little extra room to grow.
Are your clothes true to size?
Sizing can vary between Korean brands and individual styles, so we recommend referring to the specific size guide provided on each product page rather than relying solely on your child’s usual size.

Are all products made in Korea?
Yes. All products in our collection carry a Made in Korea label. We carefully curate products from Korean brands and suppliers, with a focus on quality fabrics, comfort and thoughtful everyday design.

What fabrics do you use?
We select soft, comfortable fabrics with stretch and everyday wear in mind. The product collection includes cotton-modal blends and cotton-elastane blends, offering softness, flexibility and comfortable stretch.
Our cotton-modal fabric combines Lenzing™ Modal and cotton in a 1:1 blend, retaining the naturally soft, smooth touch of Modal while bringing the comfort and breathability of cotton.

How should I wash my baby's clothes?
Always follow the care instructions provided with the individual product. As a general guide, gentle machine washing in cold or cool water and air drying is recommended for many cotton garments.
Will the fabric shrink after washing?
Natural fibres such as cotton can experience some shrinkage, particularly if washed or dried at high temperatures. Following the care instructions on the product page will help minimise this.

How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is $9.95, with free standard delivery on orders $99+. Express delivery is also available at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes around 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

What is your returns policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition with tags attached.
Can I return an item if I chose the wrong size?
Yes, provided the item meets our return conditions. Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the relevant instructions.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Where available, we can assist with size exchanges. Please contact us as soon as possible as stock can be limited.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Can my baby or toddler wear the Lounge Set to bed?
Our Lounge Set is made for comfortable everyday lounging and winding down at home. Its soft, stretchy fabric and simple design — with no zips, buttons or bulky fastenings — make it especially comfortable for relaxing and bedtime routines.
As it is designed and sold as loungewear, please consider your child's individual needs, the fit and the applicable Australian requirements when choosing clothing for sleep.
What if my baby is between two sizes?
If your child falls between two sizes, sizing up is generally a good option, particularly for styles with a little less stretch or room to grow.
Do your clothes have stretch?
Yes. Stretch varies depending on the fabric and design. Our cotton-modal blends generally offer more natural stretch than our cotton-elastane fabrics, while ribbed designs tend to have more stretch than eyelet designs.
