Thank you for shopping with Maru Studio. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible so your little one can enjoy their new wardrobe sooner.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners.

Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $9.95 AUD
  • Estimated Delivery: 3-6 business days (depending on your location)

Free Standard Shipping

  • FREE on all Australian orders $99.00 AUD or more

Express Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $14.95 AUD
  • Estimated Delivery: 1–4 business days (depending on your location)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

You can monitor your parcel using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Authority to Leave

Depending on the delivery service and your location, parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them. If you prefer a signature on delivery where available, please note this in your order comments.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery schedules are managed by our shipping partners and are outside of our control. Unexpected delays due to weather, peak shipping periods, or operational issues may occasionally occur.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
